Classroom Physics
Classroom Physics is the magazine published by the IOP Education Department for the physics teaching community. It is for anyone teaching physics, whether in-field or out-of-field, experienced teacher, new teachers, laboratory technicians and other support staff. Plus our readers include policy-makers, teacher trainers and other academics.
Each edition of Classroom Physics contains:
- News
- A pull-out section of resources and classroom ideas with a particular theme
- Continuing professional development opportunities and events
- Articles about the latest research in physics education
- Digests from relevant IOP publications and other organisations we work alongside.
Classroom Physics is published quarterly, in March, June, September and December. It is available online here on IOPSpark - you can see the full archive below.
IOP Affiliated Schools and Colleges receive print copies of the magazine as well as resources, e-mail updates and other print publications. Find out more by visiting iop.org/affiliation.
